Last week the donation of the 2. 29-acre property by Joe and Cheryl Coniglio of Dover was completed, Mayor Joel Day told city council on Monday. NEW PHILADELPHIA Now that New Philadelphia has taken possession of the former Riverview Welding property at 530 S. Broadway, the city can move forward with plans to develop it into a boat launch and ultimately the trail head for the Towpath Trail. There are three structures on the tract — a 750-square-foot house built in 1934. a 10,848-square-foot shop building, built in 1932. and a 120-square-foot shed built in 1970.
