Townies, Raiders wardrobes add authentic touch to raid re-enactments -

Finding dresses or frock coats from the 1870s isn’t easy, but many of those who perform in the re-enactments have culled their wardrobe through the years by scouring antique stores, trade shows and more recently, the internet. Former raider Steve Kline provided townspeople and Raiders with period clothing and Chip DeMann has sought patterns from the 1870s for years. “They’ll make pretend that they’re from St. Paul, that they moved to the area and now they’re going to do some banking at the bank.
